Commodities Optimization Group ("COG") was founded in 2022 by Bill Keener, an Oil & Gas industry veteran with over 25 years of experience.
COG provides commercial advisory services with the goal of optimizing your cash flows relating to oil and gas commodities (crude oil, natural gas, NGL’s and refined products). Our expertise focuses primarily on the upstream and midstream sectors, but our skillset is valuable across the entire energy space.
COG also provides M&A advisory services, ranging from commercial and financial due diligence to contract negotiations and asset integration.
